Where can I upload my bank statements?
You can use the link to the Sharefile folder above to securely upload any document with sensitive information, such as bank statements and forms.
How can I request cash from my accounts for my personal needs?
If you are requesting transfer of funds to a verified bank account which is already set up with our custodians, we will need you to confirm the instructions over a phone call. However, if you are requesting transfer of funds to a new bank account, we will need you to electronically sign a form to authorize the transfer. Please contact us and we will provide you with the appropriate instructions.
I do not have my login details for Sharefile. How can I access Sharefile?
We have set up your Sharefile account using your email address. Please click the Sharefile link above and click on forget password to reset your password. If you are still not able to access Sharefile, please contact us.
I have not logged into my Fidelity and Schwab accounts yet. How can I view my accounts?
For Fidelity, there is an option called “Sign up” on their login page. They will ask you to verify your identity by filling out your name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your SSN. They will send you a passcode on your phone number for two factor authentication. Then you should be able to view all of your accounts.
For Schwab, click on “New user” on their login page. They will ask you to provide one of your account numbers, date of birth, phone number, and SSN.
